We believe in creating unique and memorable experiences of collaborative work

Anyone who has never taken part in a drumming circle should at least once experience it,

‘to be a part of a whole that is greater than the sum of the parts is truly liberating’

Damon Wilding, Drum Leader

Drumming team building activities are brilliant for bonding groups quickly and managing resistance to change. Coordination and cooperation skills will all be developed. It's a great way to instil team work principles in a creative environment and develops an appreciation of individual member roles as part of the bigger picture

In workshops, you will be shown Djembe, Dun Dun and Bell technique, some rhythm theory as a context in which to learn,  working with traditional West African rhythms as well as create arrangements bringing a unique collaborations drawing on each individuals strengths regardless of ability.

Who we work with

These are some of the great organisations we have worked with and what they have said

''Most of us had never touched a drum before, but we were making music together within the first 15 minutes!'' Lucy (EON )

''I was hesitant at first, and so surprised at how much fun we had, there was a great energy in the room and we all we laughing and smiling. That's priceless.

Janette (Royal College of Nursing)

''There were 3 sessions of 15 people for 45 minutes each, it brought members of the organisation that had not met, closer together'' Helen, Jericho Foundation
